Advantages of the CPC technology inhanced an increase of applications in Universities and Industry. In opposite to HPLC with solid phase columns there are no limitations in miscibility of sample which enables to inject high amounts of sample while keeping the flow rate constant.
 
By the ability to fractionize the liquid mobile phase and liquid stationary phase the result is a 100% recovery of sample of all compounds. This enables the user to purify his samples of various matrices fast, easy and at low cost.
 
The Countercurrent  with HPLC speeds up the complete chromatographic process down to the purified product. Hereby the upscaling will be executed  from analytical to production. Chromatographic results are almost independent of rotor volume and can be upscaled directly using the factor of volume. Due to the missing solid phase material the flow rate does not need to be upscaled. There is a cost reduction of up to 10 in comparison to HPLC with solid phase columns.
